Lots of people were walking around in Australian apparell of some sort or another, mainly green and gold t-shirts and stuff.

I had a hankering to listen to Paul Kelly, specifically the Wanted Man album with "We've Started a Fire" on it, but I dont have it, so I started a fruitless search around town to get it.

Virgin had one Paul Kelly cd, but not the one I wanted- the indie stores didnt have any!!

Thats bloody unbelievable, all these obscure crap things that no one would want to buy, but no Paul Kelly- weird how he never became mega famous.

Anyhoo, feeling very homesick today and disconnected from everything and everyone.

Suddenly realised how few friends I have since I havent made many new ones in recent times.

I really must find myself a "Coffee buddy", I would have loved to sit and have a coffee with a mate today- I sound so bloody sad dont I?

Never mind- that can be my mission in the next few months.

Oh and I forgot, I heared a guy play Waltzing Matilda on the bagpipes today- that amused me greatly :)
