Unfortunately she has rescheduled it for next Wednesday- oh well, gives me more time to think of some crap to say.

Im not working at all this weekend!! I did attend class from 9-12 this morning though. Im so used to getting up early on Saturday mornings now that is weird when I dont. The co-ordinator there remarked that Im getting through my course work at record speed.

Never underestimate the motivation of someone who hates their job with the passion that I hate mine! Its so great to be nearly finished! Just a few more weeks to go!

Speaking of passion something has changed between G and I, I dont know how or why, but Im not complaining and the less said about it the better.

Im also pretty happy that he's not going skiing in Switzerland at New Year as planned, instead he said that he would prefer if we rented a cottage or something and just went away, the two of us.

Im totally into the idea but Ive only asked for one day off for Christmas and it might be hard to get a few extra days- its such bullshit, how can you know exactly what you are doing for Xmas and New Year three months in advance? Thats what you have to do in order to book your holidays from the financial institution of slavery that I work for.

Its a pretty great idea though, because I have no intentions of spending New Year with the dregs of G's friends who havent gone skiiing, namely Colin and his psycho girlfriend and Alastair and Kathy who both also work at the financial institution of slavery, and who annoy me in ways too numerous to count.

G has no intention of spending his New Year with Angus and Coops either and I'd prefer to give it a miss too.

So hopefully we can take off, just the two of us.

As demonstrated to all my friends in one way or another, I totally hate New Year, so maybe isolating me in rural Scotland is a good idea. Besides, it might be our last New Year together- another weird thought.
